*Terms and Conditions

 1. The prize includes:

     *  Return economy-class flights from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane airport to Whitsunday
         Coast Airport or Hamilton Island airport.
     *  Return ferry transfers from Whitsunday Coast Airport or Hamilton Island airport to
         Daydream Island Resort and Spa, Whitsunday Passage, North Queensland.
     *  Three nights' twin-share accommodation at Daydream Island Resort and Spa.

 2. The prize winner is liable for all other costs, including other transfers (eg. travel to and from
     Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Airports), additional spending money, meals, taxes,
     insurance, official documents, and other accommodation costs (eg. mini-bar, room service,
     phone, Internet, extra spa services, restaurant and bar charges).

 3. The prize must be taken on consecutive nights during a single visit to the resort.

 4. The two persons nominated by the prize winner must travel together.

 5. The prize, including all extras, must be taken as stated, and is not exchangeable,
     redeemable for cash or other goods or services, or transferrable to other persons.

 6. The winner will not receive compensation if he/she is unable to use the prize.

 7. The prize winner must give Daydream Island resort at least 30 days' prior notice of his/her
     preferred booking dates.

 8. The booking dates are subject to accommodation availability, and cannot include school
     holidays or Australian national, state or territory public holidays.

 9. The booking dates may not be changed after the flight/ferry tickets have been issued.

10. The prize must be used within 12 months of the draw date.

11. Entries are due to close on June 27, 2011, and the prize is due to be drawn on June 30,
      2011. These dates may be varied if Team Erickson deems it necessary.

12. The winning ticket holder will be notified promptly after the draw by email, or failing that by
      phone.

13. The winning ticket holder's name, suburb, State/Territory and country will be posted on
      danielerickson.com.au promptly after the prize draw.
