SEPTEMBER 5

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 14 - final round*

Venue: Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (Lexington, Ohio).

Car: Van Diemen RF02.

Team: Primus Racing.

Qualifying: 2nd. Eighth front row starting position of the championship, despite a truncated session that reduced the time available to reset the car after the problems in Saturday's race.

Race: 1st. Third and most convincing win of the championship; led all the way to secure the Rookie of the Year title and third place in the final pointscore.

 

* 10th round of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

SEPTEMBER 4

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 13*

Venue: Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (Lexington, Ohio).

Car: Van Diemen RF02.

Team: Primus Racing.

Qualifying: 5th. Engine down on power due to incorrect throttle setting and torn air filter.

Race: 9th. Recovered from 15th place after spinning off at the Keyhole, caused by the car bottoming out under braking due to the ride height being set too low.

 

* Ninth round of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

AUGUST 8

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 12*

Venue: Road America (Elkhart Lake, Winsconsin).

Car: Van Diemen RF02.

Team: Primus/Quantum Racing.

Qualifying: 2nd. Seventh front row starting position of the championship.

Race: 2nd. Sixth 'podium' of the championship after four-car lead battle, despite ill-handling car.

 

* Eighth round of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

AUGUST 7

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 11*

Venue: Road America (Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin).

Car: Van Diemen RF02.

:Team: Primus/Quantum Racing.

Qualifying: 1st. Fifth pole position and second qualifying lap record of the championship.

Race: 2nd. Fifth 'podium' of the championship; unable to match Victor Carbone's pace with ill-handling car.

 

* Seventh round of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

JULY 24

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Rounds 9 & 10*

Venue: Lime Rock Park (Lakeville, Connecticut).

Car: Van Diemen RF02

Team: Primus/Quantum Racing.

Round 9 race: 12th. Spun off after challenging Cole Morgan for the lead on the last lap; set the fastest race lap.

Round 10 race: 2nd. Fourth 'podium' of the championship after recovering from 14th starting position; set the fastest race lap.

 

* Fifth and sixth rounds of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

JULY 23

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Rounds 9* & 10*

Venue: Lime Rock Park (Lakeville, Connecticut).

Car:Van Diemen RF02.

Team: Primus/Quantum Racing.

Round 9 qualifying: 1st. Awarded fourth pole position of the championship, but not the bonus points, after fastest qualifier Keith McCrone was penalised for halting an earlier practice session.

Round 10 qualifying: 14th. Only completed five laps due to a severe engine misfire.

 

* Fifth and sixth rounds of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

JULY 4

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 8*

Venue: Watkins Glen International (Watkins Glen, New York State).

Car: Van Diemen RF02.

Team: Primus/Quantum Racing.

Qualifying: 1st. Third pole position of the championship.

Race: 1st. Second consecutive victory of the championship after a late-race battle with Victor Carbone.

* Fourth round of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

JULY 3

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 7*

Venue: Watkins Glen International (Watkins Glen, New York State).

Car: Van Diemen RF02.

Team: Primus/Quantum Racing.

Qualifying: 2nd. Third consecutive front row starting position of the championship, after slower cars spoiled several faster laps.

Race: 1st. First victory of the championship after overtaking fast-starting Keith McCrone at the first corner and pole sitter Chris Livengood mid-race.

* Third round of the championship contested after missing four rounds.

Event: F2000 Championship Series, Round 2

Venue: Virginia International Raceway (Alton, Virginia).

Car: Van Diemen RF04.

Team: Primus Racing

Qualifying: 1st. Second consecutive pole position of the championship.

Race: 10th. Led until three laps from the finish, when a spark plug lead came loose.

Venue: Virginia International Raceway (Alton, Virginia).

Car: Van Diemen RF04.

Team: Primus Racing.

Qualifying: 1st. Pole position on debut in the championship with new qualifying lap record.

Race: 2nd. 'Podium' on debut in the championship after losing positions on the first lap due to 'rolling start' inexperience.

Event: Wollongong Kart Racing Club Championships, Round 2

Venue: Kembla Grange (NSW, Australia).

Kart: Arrow AX8 (Clubman Light class).

Heat 1: 1st.

Heat 2: 2nd.

Heat 3: DNF.

Final: 1st.

 

 

FEBRUARY 13-14

Event: Armor-All 12 hour production touring car race

Venue: Mount Panorama (NSW, Australia).

Car: BMW335i.

Team: Morcom Motorsport.

Qualifying: 2nd in class & 11th ouitright. Fastest of the car's three co-drivers.

Race: Did not drive after co-driver crashed out in the opening laps.
